ReadyTab
The new tab dashboard for your team and power users.
About ReadyTab
ReadyTab turns your browser's new tab into a personal command center, and a shared starting point for your team. It is a free extension for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave. Organize your links into unlimited spaces for work, personal life and projects. Each space is a drag-and-drop board where you arrange groups of links exactly how you think. Go beyond bookmarks with shortcut buttons, headings, text, callouts, code blocks, step guides, images, notes, to-dos and quick-copy snippets. Spotlight search finds any saved link in an instant, and the Tab Ribbon lets you jump between open tabs from the keyboard. ReadyTab also reaches outside the browser. With the free companion app for Windows, macOS and Linux you can open folders, files and desktop apps or run scripts straight from your new tab. One-click routines bundle links, apps, files and clipboard snippets into a single button, so a whole working setup opens at once. Make it yours with 13 built-in themes, animated and custom backgrounds, a full theme editor and custom CSS. Getting started takes a minute: import your browser bookmarks, start from popular sites, or begin with a blank board. ReadyTab is available in 10 languages. For teams, one owner hosts a shared board and everyone else joins for free. Owners hand out named edit keys to people or groups and can replace or revoke each one independently. Boards can also be published as read-only public links that open in any browser, with no extension required. Your data stays local in your browser by default. There is no tracking and no ads in the extension. Optional paid plans add more: Sync (CHF 7 per year) brings encrypted cloud sync across your devices, version history, password-protected spaces and link health checks. Full (CHF 25 per year or CHF 52.99 lifetime) adds publishing, share codes and team board hosting. Synced data is encrypted in your browser before upload. Make your new tab work for you. Install ReadyTab, free to start.

ReadyTab FAQ
- Does my whole team need to pay?
- No. Only the board owner needs Full. Everyone else joins for free and can view the board, or edit it with a key the owner hands out.
- Where is my data stored?
- Locally in your browser by default, with no tracking in the extension. Cloud sync and sharing only run if you turn them on, and synced data is encrypted in your browser before upload.

I'm Yann, maker of ReadyTab. My bookmarks had turned into a graveyard: messy and never opened. So I built a clean, friendly new tab instead. And then I just kept expanding it with new utilities.
