COI Tracking Software
TradeGuard
See which unpaid bills go to subs who aren't insured

About TradeGuard
TradeGuard tracks subcontractors' certificates of insurance for general contractors who pay their subs from QuickBooks Online. What it does: - Reads each certificate you or your sub uploads, checks the file for signs of editing, and says so when it can't read one. - Emails you 90, 60 and 30 days before a certificate expires. Subs upload renewals through their own link, no login needed. - Your sub's insurance agent can confirm a policy with one click. - Payment review: before you pay, it shows which unpaid QuickBooks bills belong to subs who aren't covered. What it can't do: it only knows what's on the certificate. A policy cancelled mid-term won't show until the agent confirms it or a new certificate arrives. It doesn't replace your insurance advisor. Built by Rebel Studios, a one-person studio in Fredericksburg, VA. Questions go to [email protected].
