About Starwind UI
Starwind UI v3 is a free, open-source component system for Astro and React developers who want polished UI without giving up control of their source. The CLI installs 55 styled components or 36 lower-level primitives directly into your project. Astro and React adapters share a framework-neutral Runtime for forms, overlays, focus, and keyboard behavior. Vue is the next adapter, with development well underway. Starwind Skills and the MCP server also give coding agents current, framework-aware guidance.

I rebuilt Starwind UI around a shared Runtime so Astro and React can keep the same interaction behavior while the styled source stays in your project. I’d value feedback on the install path.
Since setting this up a month-ish ago, Vue support has also been launched! Starwind UI now supports Astro, React, Vue, with Svelte support next in line. I'm open to all feedback!
