About Mappit

mappit.ai - Earth's daily zeitgeist, on a time-aware map. Reasons to love it: Breaking stories from hundreds of cities across the globe, surfaced by frontier AI models, cross-checked, and scoped to wherever you're looking: the world, your view, or your places. Overlays that bring the planet to life: video and audio news streams from their source to play while you browse, S&P 500 stocks at their headquarters, and Today in History, where it happened. There are even layers for live events - earthquakes, forest fires, and air quality warnings. Put yourself on the map — drop pins, add events!
