They send a structured offer: price, seats, period, plus things that aren't money, like an annual commitment, a testimonial or a post to their audience. You accept, counter or pass from an inbox that shows every offer as a % of list price. A counter is a full proposal, not a chat. No marketplace, no cut. On a deal you paste your own payment link and get paid directly. Your list price never moves.
